Our Story
Tacos Los 7 Carnales started the way the best stories do — around a kitchen table, with a recipe that nobody in the family could resist. Our abuela's secret marinade, passed down through generations, is the foundation of every taco we serve.
What began as a weekend project among seven siblings has grown into a Whittier staple. We still hand-press every tortilla, grill every protein over open flame, and make every salsa from scratch — because shortcuts don't belong in a family recipe.
